In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to create an Account and use the Services. mr888 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. mr888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately and all funds forfeited or returned in accordance with applicable procedures.
2.2 Residency. The Services provided by mr888 are directed to individuals who are residents of Indonesia. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance in your jurisdiction.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of mr888's Services complies with any and all applicable laws in your location. mr888 makes no representation that the Services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside the scope of its operations.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on mr888: employees, contractors, or agents of mr888 or its affiliates; individuals subject to a self-exclusion order placed through mr888 or any affiliated responsible gaming program; and individuals who have been permanently banned from the Platform for prior violations of these Terms.
2.4 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account. The operation of multiple Accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited. mr888 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate Accounts and to withhold or void any associated balances or winnings.
3.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of Services offered by mr888, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) number, registered residential address, valid email address, and preferred payment method.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of mr888 remains accurate and up to date. If any of your personal details change, you must update your Account information promptly. mr888 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete Account information provided by you.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. mr888 strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password and enable any available two-factor authentication features. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility unless you have reported a breach of security to mr888 support without undue delay.
3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. mr888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable cause to believe that the Account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the security of other users.
4.1 Verification Requirement. mr888 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed and may also be required at the time of initial deposit or upon reaching specified transaction thresholds.

4.4 Failure to Verify. If a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period following a request, mr888 reserves the right to suspend the Account, prevent withdrawals, or close the Account and return the remaining balance by the original deposit method, less any applicable fees.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mr888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. mr888 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily withdrawal limits are determined by your Account verification level and the payment method selected. Current limits are displayed in your Account dashboard and are subject to change.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfers and e-wallets (including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account within minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). Deposits made outside these hours may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, 09:00–21:00 WIB). mr888 aims to complete withdrawal transfers within 24 hours of approval. Processing may be delayed where additional KYC verification is required or where a withdrawal triggers an internal review.
5.5 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy. As a standard anti-money laundering measure, withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the original deposit. mr888 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the Account holder.
Note: Depositing via a payment method registered in another person's name is strictly prohibited. mr888 shall have no liability for funds lost due to a Player providing incorrect bank account details when requesting a withdrawal.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on mr888 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mr888 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. mr888 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the more specific terms of the promotion shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses issued by mr888 are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Certain game categories — including but not limited to live casino games and jackpot slots — may contribute at a lower percentage toward wagering requirement completion. 6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not activated within 7 days of issuance will expire automatically. Active bonuses must be wagered in full within 30 days of activation. Unused bonus amounts remaining after the expiry period will be removed from your Account without compensation.
6.4 Bonus Abuse Policy. mr888 employs automated monitoring and manual review to detect bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing opposing bets across multiple Accounts or platforms to guarantee a profit (arbitrage); making deposits solely for the purpose of claiming a bonus with no genuine intention to play; and exploiting promotions through low-risk betting patterns. Where bonus abuse is detected, mr888 reserves the right to void any applicable bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account.
6.5 Welcome Bonus. The mr888 welcome bonus is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited to the Player's Account automatically upon deposit confirmation. Full eligibility criteria, minimum deposit amounts, and wagering requirements are displayed on the relevant promotion page and may be updated from time to time.
7.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on mr888 are subject to the rules of the specific sport and market in which they are placed. In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the standard rules for that sport as published on the Platform. mr888 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or adjust odds where there is evidence of pricing errors, manipulation, or extraordinary circumstances.
7.2 Live Betting. In-play betting markets update in real time. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled. Connection issues experienced by the Player during live betting do not constitute grounds for voiding an accepted bet.
7.3 Mix Parlay (multi-leg accumulator betting, known locally as mix parlay) bets require all selected legs to be winners for the bet to return a payout. If any leg of a mix parlay is voided, the bet will be recalculated excluding the voided selection.
7.4 Casino & Slot Games. All casino and slot game outcomes on mr888 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are final and cannot be contested on grounds of perceived unfairness unless there is a demonstrable technical fault. In the event of a verified technical fault, mr888 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account.
7.5 Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on mr888 are governed by the specific draw rules and result sources stated on each market's detail page. Results are taken from officially published draw outcomes and are final once confirmed.
7.6 Maximum Win Limits. mr888 applies maximum single-bet win limits. These limits vary by game type and market and are displayed on the relevant betting interface. Winnings in excess of the stated maximum for a single bet will be capped at the stated limit, regardless of the calculated payout.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mr888 platform. Engagement in any of the following activities may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the mr888 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface designs, text, software, and game assets — is the intellectual property of mr888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of mr888.
10.1 mr888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 mr888 implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. All data transmissions on the Platform are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption.
10.3 mr888 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification service providers, and fraud detection partners solely for the purpose of delivering and securing the Services.
11.1 mr888 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and account self-exclusion options.

11.3 Age Verification. mr888 performs age verification checks on all new Accounts. Any Account where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age will be closed without delay, and all deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method. mr888 is not liable for any losses incurred by an underage user prior to detection.
12.1 The Services provided by mr888 are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While mr888 uses reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform operates reliably, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.
12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mr888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including loss of winnings due to technical faults, network interruptions, or circumstances beyond mr888's reasonable control.
12.3 mr888's total liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the balance held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arose.
12.4 mr888 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform that is incorrect or out of date due to technical error, provided that mr888 takes commercially reasonable steps to maintain accurate information.
13.1 mr888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
13.3 The date at which these Terms were most recently updated is stated at the top of this page. We recommend that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming and commercial law, as applicable to the jurisdiction in which mr888 is licensed and registered.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English.
14.3 Nothing in this section shall prevent mr888 from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests.
